2025-06-30.3_interdependence and essentialism

the mountains of evidence of quasi-universal interdependence are / should be the end of the road for any argument supporting essentialism. but alas, power and the unwillingness to let it go and/or the ignorance of it exist.

if anyone has any ideas for other core reasons, feel free to share, but as of now i can’t think of any more than those two.
